崖州，这座海上丝绸之路的重要站点，她灿烂的历史文化如宇宙中星辰，熠熠生辉。

设计者取《易经》五行，立足中国大山大水，结合崖州古老的五龙传说打造出五龙盘踞，遨游乾坤之势。
左青龙右白虎，前朱雀后玄武，盘旋而上的裙楼围绕直达云天的95米高塔楼，意为九五之尊。
建筑结构结合了“樽、鼎、八角塔和天圆地方”等传统元素，突出新旧碰撞，文化交融的新格局。
广场景观的灵感源自飘动的丝绸、风和海浪，起伏之中，空间流转构筑起时光走廊。

丝路之塔不仅仅是城市地标，亦是文化演绎的载体，立足当下，承载过去的辉煌，展望未来之绚烂。

The design of the Project is based on the Chinese culture of landscape and the traditional theory of “five basic elements” of the world and the local culture of “five dragons”, with the intention of developing a spatial arrangement representing the traditional Chinese architectural theory. 
In the vast river of history, the brilliant history and culture of Yazhou is one of the bright stars, shining over the vast sea of forests and the silk road like a waving belt. 
The wind blows on a horizontal picture of the time corridor across the sea on the South China Sea, the meandering silk road, auspicious birds and five dragons flying high aloft.
