项目位于成华区成洛大道沙河河畔，设计以鲁能集团五大维度（生态、健康、运动、娱乐、科技）为起点，结合尊贵优雅的生活品质，提出“尊贵社区，健康家园”的设计理念。设计中将沙河、成洛路沿线及相邻地块部分区域纳入提升范围，最大化的展示仪式感及体验感。尊贵之门的五重景深设计在横向及纵向提升了入口的昭示性及标识性，而展示流线上的儿童王国及慢跑道则可感受运动与活力，并最终在宜居体验区迎来对未来生活最温馨的体验。

Located by Sha River along Chenghua Avenue, Chenghua District, the project presents the design concept “Esteemed Community, Healthy Home”, starting with Five Dimension (Ecology, Health, Sport , Entertainment and technology) of Luneng Group, in tune with the canon of esteemed and refined quality of life. In the design implementation, Sha River, Chengluo Road and part of the adjacenet plots are circumscribed for the upgrading, demonstrating to the maximized representation of ritual and experimental feelings. The fivefold landscape rendering of the “Gate of Noble” adds both lengthways and crossways to clarion and landmark attribute of the gate, sequel with sports and vigor strongly sensed in the “Children’s Paradise”and jogging track dotting on the show flowline, before finally arriving at the warmest and tasteful experience on future life in the “Livable Life Experiential Zone”.
